Responsibility and point of client contact rests with the firms principal, Michael S. Overing. Mr. Overing has successfully represented clients in litigation, business transactional matters as well as estate planning and probate. In addition to practicing law, he developed and teaches the Internet Law class in the Annenberg School of Communication at the University of Southern California, and is a featured columnist on legal issues facing the Internet for the Online Journalism Review (www.ojr.org). Michael received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, his M.A. from the University of Southern California, and his B.A. from the University of Nebraska. He frequently speaks and lectures on intellectual property issues affecting online publishers and writers. Albert J. Ghirardelli is well-known for his law practice and civic leadership. The focus of Als practice is on business transactions, estate planning, probate, and trust administration. With fifty years of diverse legal experience, he has practical wisdom and a reputation for high standards of excellence. As a community leader, he played a pivotal role on the Proposal Committee that brought the Los Angeles County Courthouse to the City of San Fernando and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Providence - Holy Cross Hospital. Al attended UCLA and received his law degree from the University of Southern California. Linda C. Chalison joined the firm in 2006. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience in prosecuting and defending insurance coverage, bad faith, and professional negligence litigation and appeals. Linda received her Bachelor of Science degree from UC Riverside, and her law degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. |
